Here at , we strive to give our clients the best experience and service. Due to the high volume of appointments, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Please call in and let us know you will not be able to make it to your appointment 48 hours prior.

We have the same policy for rescheduling appointments. If you are unable to show up to your appointment and need to reschedule, please let us know 24 hours prior.

We value all our clients time, and it is important that we have all our clients value our team’s time. All our clients have a 15-minute window to show up, however, after the 15 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled. If you are running late, please call in and let us know as we can save a slot for you to come in and get your services done.

When you book an appointment online, you will put a 20% deposit for the service you are getting. This will ensure that all clients are showing up on time, rescheduling on time, and cancelling appointments on time. If you do not show for your said appointment, you will not be getting back your deposit.

If you were to cancel your said appointment 48 hours before, you will receive a full refund on your deposit within 5-10 business days.
